HEB Systemtechnik is a young company with flexibility and drive. The company was founded in 2005 by the valve technology specialist Oliver Höfer who has worked for the leading companies of process valve technology before. During the startup phase the focus lay on design and distribution of a new distribution valve for the wastewater industry, valve block systems and refined coaxial valves for special operating conditions. We offer high level customer-specific solutions designed in a cooperative partnership, with an unbureaucratic and professional environment.
We see ourselves as a partner form the first idea to the final product. Benefit from our long-term experience in valve technology distribution systems and in fluid technology. We would like to be at your side from the first idea to the optimized product to offer you the opportunity to benefit from our experience. Our design department is working with a 3D CAD system from the early beginning – this means we can offer presentable results within shortest times and an efficient quick development is guaranteed.

In products of machinery and plant engineering produced in smaller quantities are often unexpected possibilities. Every designer of this sector can comprehend that. Within the development of new products the efficiency always has to be considered. Especially if smaller or mid-sized quantities with handmade production and a limited market not everything can be build of standard modules. In this case it is obvious to use standard hydraulic/ pneumatic items and fittings to keep the effort and costs for tools and equipment on a low level.
If the product is developing surprisingly positive a redesign is often not made caused by capacity bottlenecks or other reasons. Mostly the initial design is used for years and the task of a redesign remains undone in the project planning. However, within increasing quantities the assembling department spends disproportional capacities to manage the demands.
